About Uttarakhand Haat & Founders

Uttarakhand Haat is an E-commerce marketplace where you can shop for products from Uttarakhand. It is an initiative to give an extra edge and opportunities to the artisans of Uttarakhand to showcase their work to the world.

Uttarakhand Haat is founded by Shivani and Pawan Kiraula with the aim to bring the vibrant art, culture, and products of Uttarakhand under one roof and make it known to the world as well as across India.

About the Competition

The blog writing competition is an opportunity to showcase their writing skills. It is open to all who would like to replenish their knowledge. As this is the first blog competition we are hosting, we would like you to choose any topic related to Uttarakhand and write to showcase your creativity and skills.

 

Certain guidelines are supposed to be followed for writing the blog which is as follows:

  • You can write in your preferred language English or Hindi.
  • The content of the blog must be from 1200 to 1500 words.
  • The blog’s heading should be in font size: 14, font style: Times New Roman.
  • The body of the blog should be in Times New Roman, Font size: 12.
  • For Hindi use any Devnagiri Font with the Heading Size: 14 and body text font size 12.
  • Page borders are mandatory.
  • Side headings can also be imposed to attract more marks.
  • The first page should contain your name, email id, and contact no.
  • Plagiarism must be less than 10%.
  • Blogs must be submitted to hello@uttarakhandhaat.com, on or before 15th August 2022.

Judging Criteria

  • Choosing of topic: 10 marks
  • Content: 20 marks
  • Presentation: 10 marks
  • The flow of language: 10 marks
  • Total: 50 marks

  • Runner Up: Rs. 1000 + Certification of Merit + Mention on our Official Social Media Pages + Opportunity to work with us.

  • Certification of Participation to all other participants those who submitted within the Deadline
