At देसी Weaves, every creation is thoughtfully handcrafted with love and care. Each product goes through a quality check before dispatch to ensure it reaches you safely.
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–7 working days after confirmation.
- As our products are handmade, dispatch timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons, exhibitions, or custom orders.
- Delivery timelines depend on the buyer’s location and courier partner.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are communicated clearly at the time of order.
- Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped (wherever applicable).
- देसी Weaves is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Refund Policy

We value your trust and aim to resolve concerns fairly while supporting handmade craftsmanship.
- Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged or broken products upon delivery.
- A clear unboxing/opening video (continuous, without cuts or edits) is mandatory as proof.
- Once the video proof is reviewed and approved, the refund process will be initiated.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days after approval.
- No refund requests will be accepted without valid video proof.
- Products delivered in perfect condition are non-refundable.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Each product by देसी Weaves is a handcrafted piece of art, made specially for you. Due to the nature of handmade products, we follow a limited return policy.
- No Return & No Exchange on any product.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Color, size, or design preferences
- Minor variations, which are natural and add uniqueness to handmade items
- Exception: Returns are considered only if the product is received damaged or broken.
- Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
