We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies.
If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
How long does it take for delivery?
When you order from Nirvanaorganic.in, we ensure that the order gets processed within 24 hours and gets delivered within the delivery time of the product, mentioned on the product page.
My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?
Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery from the day you received the order confirmation. Your order status is updated to you via emails. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven’t received any updates, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team immediately at nirvanaorganicproducts@gmail.com
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
What is Nirvanaorganic Return Policy?
- Products which you received in “Damaged/Defective/Broken”
- Products not as per description/photo on the website.
All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels. Please follow the below given steps to register your dispute within 7 days of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 7 days of delivery may not be entertained by Nirvanaorganic.
Consumable products like food and beverages, bath and beauty products and bulky items like terracotta crafts/statues/paintings/temples (mandir) cannot be returned.
How to raise a dispute for an order?
You need to register your dispute following ways:
By sending email to nirvanaorganicproducts@gmail.com with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 3 days of delivery. We need photos of the damaged/defective/different products received so that we can defend your dispute. Please mention your order number in the email.
If you are not registered on Nirvanaorganic.in, you can register by clicking the “Register” link on the website and then file the dispute or you can send email to nirvanaorganicproducts@gmail.com
After reviewing your return request, you will receive an email with instructions on resolution or return of your item. Please allow us three working days to respond to your return request and provide instructions on returning your item.
When will I be refunded?
After receiving Damaged/Defective/Broken product our team will respond to you within 7 working days and we will credit the amount back to you within 15 working days (does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).
